David Pace represents both technology service providers and corporate technology users in transactions involving information technology outsourcing, business process outsourcing, software licensing and implementation, cloud computing, cyber security, voice and data telecommunications and networking, and technology hardware procurement.
David also represents both technology service providers and corporate technology users in litigation and arbitration matters involving those transactions. In addition to his technology practice, David represents corporate clients in a variety of other complex commercial disputes, including disputes concerning misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, qui tam claims and employment litigation. David has also managed internal corporate investigations concerning a variety of issues related to technology and SEC inquiries. David is certified as a mediator in the State of Texas and has conducted a number of mediations of technology related disputes.
David is a medieval history buff, and enjoy reading medieval history and visiting medieval sites in Europe. David also enjoys taking long walks and playing music.
